Post VP Debate

I am fuming, and I don't think I can effectively get my thoughts across nor do I have the patience to do so.

I hate Palin. I think its ridiculous that people are applauding her ability to "manuever" questions in her favor. That's not good -- that's dodging a serious issue. This is something the Bush administration has EXCELLED at -- deflection. Its so obvious.

But pundits and Americans don't see that; everyone kept waiting for her to implode. And I KNEW she wouldn't. So today, because she didn't, everyone thinks she's a god damn genius.

NO, she's not. She talked in circles. She ticked off talking points she memorized without having original thoughts. She screwed up names and statistics.

But I guess because she didn't pass out or get pregnant on stage, we should vote McCain. I mean, after 90 minutes of her avoiding policy questions, talking about Alaska like its Jerusalem and attacking Obama without any reservation about actually LYING.

I wouldn't elect this woman president of my PTA let alone VP of the United States.

If all we can say today is that she stopped the bleeding of the McCain campaign, I don't think that's a resounding endorsement.
