Like, for real. SERIOUSLY.
Every time it drizzles in this country, we brace for Katrina. I'm not saying that a hurricane isn't a big deal and that it ruins stuff and what not...but do we really need this 24/7 internet CNN cam and "tracking IKE" fancy thingamabobs all over the internet??
I mean, we know its a storm. We know where its going and when its going to get there. Is there REALLY that much more to it??
I think the lessons from Katrina are working; people were told to evacuate, transportation provided, no one is going to be left standing on a roof for days.
If they are though, I'll totally be watching it non-stop on TV.
